Description: Project is a four-story luxury villa with a built-up area of more than 3,500m2 and landscape area of 1,800m2.
Our KMC Controls BMS installed manages more than 850 points of electro-mechanical equipment for energy management and total control using a graphical interactive display. Operators can monitor and control the following:
- Boilers plus primary and secondary circulating pumps
- Pumps & Water Treatment System
- Distribution Boards and UPS
- Fans & Fan Coil Units
- Air Handling & Fresh Air Handling Units
- Complete integration of the VRV system and chiller via BACnet interfaces
