Task: Complete design, supply and installation of the Fire Alarm System (FAS) and the IP-CCTV surveillance system.
Details: Project consists of sixteen buildings, each having three to five floors, distributed over a landscape area of 50,000 m2
- The Fire Alarm System was installed at five dormitories at different locations on the compound. Each building consists of a certain number of smoke detectors, heat detectors, break glass and sirens for adequate detection and alarming.
More than 110 detectors are connected to 5 conventional fire alarm panels for proper reporting of fire.
- The CCTV system installed now consists of more than 50 IP cameras covering the whole campus, and is linked to one main and redundant stations to monitor and record all suspicious motions. The IP CCTV cameras are fed from different POE switches properly distributed across the campus.
