Description: Complete supply and installation of KMC Controls’ BMS BACnet technologies system.
Project consists of a twenty-seven-story luxurious residential building, with single, duplex and triplex apartments. The building has three basements, and two technical floors while the control room with the BMS workstation resides in the ground floor and monitors and controls more than 650 points of electro-mechanical equipment including:
- Boilers and circulating pumps
- Water & sewage systems
- Water Treatment & filters systems
- Fans & Lifts
- Electrical system generator & Distribution Panel
- Energy & Water consumption monitoring.
