DAHER VILLA (2011, upgraded 2020)

Task: Complete design, supply & installation for the Building Management System (BMS), Intrusion Detections System (IDS), CCTV surveillance.
Details: Project is a four floor luxurious villa with a built up area of 2,050m2 and landscape area of 1,800m2.
- The BMS hosts more than 450 points of electro-mechanical systems using a graphical interactive display. The operator, via a computer workstation and/or a smart tablet or phone, can control and monitor the following:
- Boilers plus primary and secondary circulating pumps
- Pumps & Water Treatment System
- Solar System
- Distribution Boards and UPS
- Fans
- Lighting Control from the OWS and/or from the LCD touch screen handheld
- The installed Home Intrusion System is based on intelligent bus system with PIR detectors, glass break detectors, LCD keypad and wireless remote control to arm/disarm the system.
- A recently upgraded hybrid CCTV system combining AHD analog and IP cameras is used to monitor all villa’s perimeter while detecting any motion and/or anomalies in the streamed video. The client may choose to view the cameras from any of his smart TVs.
