Details: Building consists of nine floors with a total built up area of 10,000 m2.
Each floor has either one, two or three tenants, each with their own design and interior sections.
The installed Fire Alarm System is an analog addressable system monitoring the basements, technical areas and occupied floors, consisting of a large number of smoke detectors, heat detectors, break glass and sirens for adequate detection and alarming.
