Web Based Controller

BACnet Building Controller

The BACnet Building Controller (B-BC) is a high-performance, native BACnet direct digital controller. It provides precise monitoring and control of connected points. Integrated into this native BACnet device is BACnet router, web server, and expandable I/O capability to host more than 128 inputs and 72 outputs.

This BACnet Building Controller may act as a web server & host custom graphic interface for remote web browsing.

Expansion Module

Can be installed up to 200 feet away from the BAC-A1616BC using standard shielded twisted pair wiring on a serial bus connection

  • One serial bus connection for daisy-chaining expansion I/O modules
  • Expansion I/O modules addressed with DIP switches
  • Environmental limits information the same as the BAC-A1616BC

BACnet Unitary Controllers (B-AAC)

KMC Conquest™ BAC-9300 series controller are designed to operate unitary and terminal equipment. The integrated alarming, scheduling, and trending enable these BACnet Advanced Application Controllers to be powerful edge devices for the modern smart building ecosystem.

The factory-supplied programming covers common unitary applications. The controllers feature simple, menu-driven setup choices using an STE-9000 series digital sensor.

BACnet VAV Controller-Actuators (B-AAC)

KMC Conquest™ BAC-9000 series controller-actuators are designed to operate VAV terminal units. The integrated alarming, scheduling, and trending enable these BACnet Advanced Application Controllers to be powerful edge devices for the modern smart building ecosystem.

With integrated actuators, internal air pressure sensors, and other powerful features, they are ideal for new installations and upgrades of less-efficient equipment.

Application Specific Controllers

AppStat

The KMC AppStat combines the power of a space‑mounted equipment controller with the convenience of built-in temperature, humidity and motion sensors. All models are native BACnet, Application Specific Controllers ready to connect to a BACnet MS/TP network. The controller include a wide range of factory supplied programs for the following applications.

  1. Fan coil units, available with inputs, outputs, and sequences of operation for the following functions:
    • Two-pipe heating and cooling with on/off valves and/or modulating valves
    • Four-pipe heating and cooling with on/off valves and/or modulating valves
    • Three-speed or modulating fan control
    • Automatic or manual fan control
    • Local temperature setback mode based on optional built-in motion sensor
    • Dehumidification on models with humidity sensor
  2. Roof top units
    • One or two stage heating
    • One or two stage cooling
    • Optional economizer Automatic or manual fan control
    • Modulating valves or on/off heating and cooling valves
    • Local temperature setback mode based on optional built-in motion sensor

Simply VAV

The SimplyVAV series of controllers are an easy and unique approach to operating a wide variety of VAV
terminal units. The integrated actuators, internal airflow sensors, and wide variety of application programs make these BACnet Application Specific controllers ideal for either new or retrofit installations.

All models are BACnet Application Specific Controllers that are ready to connect to a BACnet MS/TP network.
