Task: Complete design, supply & installation for the Fire Alarm System (FAS), IP-CCTV surveillance system.
Details: Project consists of sixteen (16) buildings each having two to four stories and basement, distributed over a landscape area of 50,000 m2,
The FAS will be installed in the five dormitories building at different locations of the compound. Each building will consist of the certain number of smoke detectors, heat detectors, break glass and sirens for adequate detection and alarming. More than 110 smoke and heat detectors will be connected to 5 conventional fire alarm panels each consisting of two or three zones for proper reporting of fire.
The IP-CCTV system shall be installed in 5-phases, with a total of 50 cameras to cover the whole campus, and will be linked to one main station and a redundant station to monitor and records all suspicious motions out of the regular schedule. The IP CCTV cameras will be Power over Ethernet (POE) and will be fed from different POE switches properly distributed across the campus.
